Welcome to After Dune Delight, where you will take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. This 1-bedroom condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club at the south end of the island. This is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM rental property, during high season ( January through April) it must be a Saturday – Saturday, after the 7th night you can stay however long. The beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is on the 2 floor. It has stunning views of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. This condo has been updated since Hurricane Ian. The condo has an open concept layout with the living area, kitchen and dining table in one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, you can choose to have your meal at the dining table that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous beach. The couch converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a chest of drawers for all your belongings. The private bathroom has a shower and tub. All linens are included with this property. The condo does not have its own washer/dryer, there is a coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby, it takes quarters. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water’s edge. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit. I would like to note that there is still some construction going on at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The pool is now fully open for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.
